Support upgrades and improvements to our Active Drive Assist features, by working closely with feature owners with modeling changes, regression testing, test vector support, data review, issue identification and supplier interaction.• Support replay and bench testing of algorithms to assess & improve performance of Active Drive Assist features.• Support feature model delivery to meet software delivery & program timing.• Support development and refinement of functional safety requirements, item definition, hazard analysis & risk assessment, and functional safety concept in compliance with ISO-26262 / Ford Functional Safety process for Active Drive Assist features.• Develop and mature system and subsystem level design, interfaces, and specifications to ensure production feature delivery across the entire range of Ford Motor Company vehicle offerings.• Ensure system design, functional safety, and other work you\'re doing allow for flawless integration with existing features and provide an exciting user experience.• Lead feature / functional development timing by suppliers.• Support the development and refinement of design validation methods for ensuring accurate feature-level performance across a variety of environmental and cross-carline noise factors.• Support sign off of feature level performance, in particular first vehicle line application.• Support the development of data analysis techniques and methods from data generated by both track and real-world validation methods to ensure feature achieves the desired specifications.• Closely coordinate with feature development engineers to support execution of design verification plans to ensure accurate feature-level performance.• Support and coordinate root-cause analysis with internal and external suppliers to ensure delivered system thrills our customers with the user experience.• Support Integration and model configuration, and other software packages with a variety of production.
