ABOUT SHIUAN BUTLER

Shiuan has 14 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant, including in biotech, finance, biotech, technology and start-up spaces, as well as with C-Suite executives, and is always discreet, reliable and professional. Shiuan’s experience ranges from household names, such as The New York Times to smaller companies such as Fountainhead Labs or Soapbox Inc, in New York City. At The New York Times, she supported the Executive Vice President of Talent & Inclusion, including a busy calendar and travel schedule, and also supported the CEO and the Publisher as necessary. For the technology and finance company, Fountainhead Labs, she helped to organize 200-person events for household names such as Microsoft and Bank of America, including coordinating speakers, agendas, and marketing events. Presently, at PureTech she supports three members of the C-Suite, as well as manages interview scheduling and ongoing office projects, such as the annual summit or the recent office move. Extremely reliable, efficient, and organized, you can be sure that she will see tasks and projects through to the end and that nothing falls through the cracks.
