About Shitanshu Kumar

With a PGDHRM degree in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and over two years of work experience in the HR field, I am a passionate and competent HRBP- Manufacturing at Reliance Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. In my current role, I support the HR strategy and operations for the manufacturing division of the leading bio pharmaceutical company in India. I apply my HR skills in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and compliance to ensure the growth and development of the manufacturing workforce. I also partner with the business leaders and stakeholders to align the HR objectives with the business goals and vision. Prior to joining Reliance Life Sciences, I worked as an HRBP at M3M India Private Limited, a real estate company, where I was responsible for managing the end-to-end HR activities for the sales and marketing teams. I also completed a two-month summer internship at Britannia Industries Limited, a food company, where I gained exposure to various HR functions and projects.
