I joined Cognizant as a PE-Pharmacovigilance on 7 March 2025. It is a great opportunity for me to begin my career in the pharmacovigilance sector.As a PE-Pharmacovigilance, my responsibilities are,• Review, assess, process, triage and report the adverse events reported to us as per the applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs and project requirements within the specified timelines by meeting the quality standards.• Working on safety database (VEEVA VAULT and MedDRA V27.1 and V28.0)• Performed case processing starting from data entry and performing the follow up\'s. Also, perform medical coding with the help of MedDRA and generate action items for different cases.• Directed collection, data entry, coding, routing, follow-up and timely reporting and market research safety information in compliance with regulations.• Process and triage all types of adverse event reports including Spontaneous, Regulatory Authority. • Perform any other support activities as assigned - tracking various types of information and, ongoing Quality check of defined process steps.• Experience in Narrative writing.
