Spearhead the successful implementation of the Epic Payer Platform (EPP) on Microsoft Azure in just 4 months, which was the fastest in Epic\'s history. Generated multi-million dollar value for the organization through the Risk Adjustment use case, and currently driving the next set of use cases, including real-time Prior Authorization exchange with UM/CM Clinical system, Quality, and ADT. Handpicked as M&A transition leader by WellCare CIO for Centene acquisition. Managed technology integration and a team of WellCare IT associates and PwC M&A consultants. Delivered $30B of accounting book value from WellCare\'s Oracle EBS systems to Centene\'s Peoplesoft instance. Converted 18K employees from ADP to the Workday HR platform. Appointed Digital Transformation Leader, united original and acquired teams to centralize printing and mailing across 50 states, driving down the multi-million dollars enterprise costs of printing. Achieved a 4x increase in shared service adoption by FY22-end. Enabled digital transformation of EoB docs, saving multi-million in annual print and postal costs. Rolled out Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to combine business, product, and IT teams, resulting in delivering 70% more user stories on time with an 80%+ say vs. do ratio at 22% less annual operating plan in two years. Spearheaded the creation of Centene\'s communication platform, originating the project as a greenfield initiative and leveraging AWS serverless architecture (including S3 bucket, Lambda, Step Functions, AWS Redis, and others) alongside SaaS solutions such as Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, Confluent Kafka, Elastic, Power BI, SparkPost, Sinch, and SmartComm.
