With over 27 years at the forefront of India’s competitive education space, I have contributed to shaping the systems, pedagogy, and outcomes that define the IIT-JEE and NEET preparation ecosystem today.As the first IITian to migrate to Kota for full-time teaching in the late ’90s, I helped ignite the academic movement that positioned Kota as India’s coaching capital.At Bansal Classes, I mentored the legendary batch that produced AIR 1, 2, and 7 in IIT-JEE, a turning point that changed the country’s perception of coaching and Kota forever. Singlehandedly prepared the IIT-JEE Chemistry Study Material which proved to be the benchmark for all the further work in the industry across the country.In 2001, I founded Insight, introducing innovations that have now become industry norms:* The Nurture Program (Classes early foundational training for long-term competitive success.* The Insight National Talent Hunt: a now-standard model for early talent identification and enrollment.* Multiple academic and branding practices that are now widely replicated.As Executive President & National Head of Chemistry at Resonance, I:* Designed the pedagogical framework and study material backbone that gained national repute.* Created scalable result-improvement models and rank optimization systems.* Built and led the Faculty Training Program, shaping hundreds of future educators.At Byju’s, I led national academic functions, integrating traditional pedagogy with cutting-edge digital delivery. Several components of my work — including recorded sessions and hybrid academic flows — were adopted by Aakash’s two-teacher model. Current Work:I now lead two major education ventures: BharatBrainz – a next-gen, AI-powered NEP 2020–compliant platform that:* Supports in-class and self-paced learning,* Provides micro-level performance diagnostics and improvement blueprints,* Equips schools with plug-and-play academic systems and faculty analytics.
