   At PromptBio, I architect and extend our AI/ML infrastructure by building on top of LangChain and LangGraph, enhancing data pipelines and model orchestration to support seamless end-to-end workflows. I continuously improve our existing machine learning tooling and platform features—optimizing data ingestion, model training, and deployment processes to ensure robust, scalable solutions.My primary focus is on developing predictive models assessing disease risk from high-dimensional genomic profiles. I design and execute experiments on large-scale genetic datasets, training supervised learning models and generating interactive visualizations, such as anomaly heatmaps and feature-importance charts, to validate performance and uncover biologically meaningful insights. These visualizations are integrated into automated reporting pipelines that deliver weekly anomaly-detection summaries to our stakeholders.Collaborating closely with data scientists, bioinformaticians, and software engineers, I help embed AI capabilities into PromptBio’s diagnostic platform, accelerating both research workflows and clinical decision support.
