Currently as President of Prospect Preschool Academy, I work with 45 teachers and 190 smart and beautiful children. This is certainly the career of a lifetime. In past lives: I have co-authored a UAW contract and was primary Union Negotiator for Tower Automotive. I have solid experience with Grievances and Union Relations. My specialties include employee relations, benefits, project management, and training. Having started a gymnastics company with my wife in I know the ins and outs of owning and operating a successful small business. Now in its 11th year, Tumble to the Max is in numerous cities in two states. We teach over 300 children weekly. I am an innovative thinker, who does not hesitate to work out of the box. Always with an eye to the strategic, I am continuously looking to better myself via education and experience.
