ABOUT SHIRSHO GHOSH

Shirsho is currently working as a Senior Program Manager for the Pan India Network Operations of the largest Telecom service provider in India, Reliance Jio. His roles and responsibilities include development, monitoring and improvement of Operational KPIs (Customer, Service and Infrastructure) pertaining to the Wireless (4G LTE) and Wireline (FTTx & Enterprise) services of Jio. He is also responsible for driving special projects which are instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency of the organisation and adapting to the prospective digital future of the economy. He has prior experience in Management Consulting, working with PwC and Avalon Consulting, and has vastly worked in the Operations Excellence and Corporate Strategy domains. He has gained extensive experience catering to the Steel, Ready Made Garments (RMG), Chemical, Automotive Aftermarket, FMCG sectors. Some of his projects include: 1. Throughput Improvement of one of the largest steel casting manufacturers in India. Implementation of SOP to improve OEE of the largest RMG players in Bangladesh 3. Growth Strategy for a leading Automotive Aftermarket company (CV segment) 4. Global Market Sizing for a leading chemical (SMBS) company in India 5. Opportunity Assessment of Aluminum Extrusion market in India for the largest Aluminum player in India He also has experience in the EPC domain catering to Oil and Gas downstream projects. Work included Engineering, Technical Bid Evaluation, Project Planning, Scheduling and Execution of Client Model Reviews. With an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from S.P.Jain Institute of Management and Research and working in a variety of sectors and domains, he has honed certain key skill sets which are absolutely imperative to coin an organisational growth story. He also takes interest in playing the guitar and has represented his Alma Mater in National Level competitions across India.
