She focuses on identifying and attracting exceptional talent to support the company\'s rapid growth in the payments infrastructure space. Prior to Lithic, Shirley was a Senior Associate at a boutique executive search firm, Calibre One. She facilitated executive placements for innovative VC-backed, PE-backed, and publicly traded companies across the U.S. in industries including Enterprise SaaS, Data Infrastructure, Security, Consumer Electronics, Fintech, and Healthtech.Previously, Shirley built the People Operations and Recruiting functions from scratch at Order (formerly Negotiatus), a Series B AI-powered procurement SaaS company. Over her 4+ years there, she supported the company\'s growth from pre-seed through series A funding.Shirley is a graduate of Fordham University\'s Gabelli School of Business, where she majored in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance and a minor in Psychology. Shirley is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, bouldering, and listening to electronic music.
