Developed style guidelines and templates for the creation of B2B SaaS digital courses. Performed quality assurance of new digital learning offerings that led to a 95% reduction in the number of bug report emails sent, with some months receiving no end user emails. Reviewed desktop and cloud data analytics course materials developed by a team of instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure quality and consistency, adherence to brand and style guidelines, as well as accessibility and readiness for localization. Provided ongoing mentoring in writing skills.
