My role as a life coach is to help clients make positive changes in their everyday life. Through listening, being objective and building a relationship with the client I can help with a variety of issues from any aspect of their life.I offer a free introductory session to give you the opportunity to see if life coaching is for you and to establish if I can help you. Each session usually lasts an hour and offers a safe place to discuss issues through open and honest communication. The aim is to set and take action on achievable goals.
