Personal experience includes customer service, contract negotiation, provider relations, project management, billing, credentialing, and management. I\'m very detail-oriented and enjoy a good challenge. With over 25 years in healthcare, I have worked on both the carrier and the provider sides. Much of this experience and seeing what clinics endure has driven me to start my own company in 2010 to assist providers in the daily struggles they encounter.
