   Assistant Vice President managing the Procurement & Supply Chain Center of Excellence consisting of material planning and procurement as well as shared services functions including project management, procurement process optimization, analytics and reporting, and supplier quality/warranty. Responsible for developing departmental strategies to increase operational efficiency and in support of Amtrak’s strategic blueprint. Prior to June 2024, managed the centralized procurement operations functions including all aspects of strategic sourcing and indirect/direct category management such as spend analytics, formal solicitation processes, contract negotiation, and ongoing strategic supplier management.
