Shirley Arredondo has enjoyed a successful career in commercial real estate for nearly twenty years. Starting at Lee Properties in Shirley was responsible for more than 250 rental units in Austin and the surrounding areas. Her attention to detail and efficiency managing tenants, contractors, and owners spurred her career growth and after a productive decade in property management, she transitioned into residential construction as Operations Manager of Lee Construction. As Operations Manager, Shirley was responsible for oversight on design and construction documents, accounting, and managing workloads, superintendents, subcontractors, and professional tradesmen. She oversaw sales and development teams responsible for a 31-unit duplex subdivision that generated more than $9.7 million in sales. When Lee Development & Construction (LD & C) was formed in 2010, Shirley continued her role and was responsible for managing a variety of mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects that account for more than $110 million in locally developed real estate. In 2018, Shirley became Vice President of Operations for Pearlstone Partners and continues to use her talent and experience to keep projects moving smoothly and on-time. A dedicated soccer mom, wife, and mother of five, when Shirley’s not in the office she enjoys country music and Austin’s diverse lifestyle.
