Having journeyed from rating agencies to banking, I bring a blend of perspectives on mitigation of ESG & credit risks, and long-term sustainable value creation. Ardently enthusiastic about accelerating science- & context-based sustainable development, my career focus is on multiplying capital flows toward low-carbon and socially meaningful pathways in high-impact sectors; helping scale the development financing gap to enable an equitable transition. Analysing financial performance, managing credit risk for a portfolio of diverse clients and a desire to contribute to climate action helped me pivot to sustainable finance. Led the rollout of an ESG financing framework ratings product, and evaluated ESG impacts/risks of private entities in the leveraged finance market to help address negative externalities for asset management and private equity clients. Currently, I’m working towards supporting mitigation efforts of enterprise ESG risks, and providing risk advisory for sustainable finance transactions.Outside of work, I follow & tweet about my beloved Chelsea Football Club, read fantasy/sci-fi and historical nonfiction, and explore the latest craft beers/cocktails.
