My role bridges IAM governance, operational security, and risk management, supporting the Information Security team in daily and strategic activities.Key Responsibilities & Contributions:Identity & Access Management (IAM)- Supporting the full lifecycle of user access: provisioning, deprovisioning, resource creation and deletion, and role allocation- Managing Active Directory (AD) users and groups, ensuring accurate and compliant access control- Working with MyAccess (Omada Identity) as GEA’s IAM provider, participating in meetings to enhance workflows and governance according to business needs- Maintaining access requests and operational workflows via ServiceNow, streamlining IAM processesSecurity Incident Response (SIR)- Assisting in email threat analysis, leveraging Microsoft Defender and Azure security data to classify and respond to reported threats- Building dashboards and reports for tracking incidents, supporting data-driven decision-making- Contributing to incident reporting, documentation, and operational procedures, improving response efficiencyAudit, Compliance & Awareness- Supporting audit preparation and compliance-related tasks, assisting the Information Security Manager in risk mitigation efforts- Contributing to security awareness programs and phishing simulations- Participating in GISB (Group Information Security Board) meetings, preparing presentations and supporting cross-team discussions- Assisting with Business Continuity Management (BCM) initiatives and broader organizational security projectsTools & Technologies UsedMicrosoft Defender, Azure Security, Active Directory, ServiceNow, MyAccess (Omada Identity), PowerShell, Jira
