ABOUT SHIRIN NOROOZI
I am an experienced Lettings Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the property industry for over 15 years. Skilled in Negotiation, Lettings, Rentals, Investment Properties, and Working with Landlords. I have managed a busy Central London office as well as multiple offices across the Bromley borough as an Operations Manager. I have a great deal of knowledge in dealing with Corporate, Residential, Premier and Multi landlords. Most recently I have been working as part of the HR & Recruitment team, screening candidates, holding interviews and on boarding new starters within the business. Using all the skills I have learnt over my time with the group I am confident in guiding candidates through this journey and hold inductions at our Head Office for new members of staff. It is also my responsibility to organise and book training for these new starters as well as refresher sessions and further training for existing staff to aid their development and support them where needed.
