About Shirin Navgire
Service designer and design strategist who works on problems that don\'t start with a screen. I design learning ecosystems, brand systems, and cross-functional service experiences from research through launch. Currently at Impact Partners, co-leading the design of a non-credit learning ecosystem at Lipscomb University. Previously spent close to a year shaping brand strategy and experience design for Impact Partners itself, a purpose-driven design consultancy. Leading design strategy for Lipscomb University\'s non-credit program development initiative, shaping guidelines, templates, and best practices to scale partner-centered learning programs across the university.• Designing the Hazelip School of Theology non-credit ecosystem, including benchmarking peer institutions, exploring micro-credential frameworks, and mapping AI-enabled assessment opportunities.• Created the a diagnostic tool, a discovery questionnaire helping congregation leaders identify learning needs and connect with relevant programs.• Developing the LU Advance brand narrative and visual system, including one-pagers, brochures, pitch decks, and stakeholder-facing collateral.• Facilitating cross-functional alignment across a team of strategists and subject matter experts, translating ambiguous program goals into structured design deliverables.
