Over 20 years of professional experience as a designer/ project manager/ owner representative, and contribution to numerous project types in all phases from initial conception to completion, familiar with permit acquisition & plan check submittal procedures from different AHJ. • Design development - Conducting a site survey, zoning study to start the initial programming. Experience in design, developing construction drawings, processing of plans and permits, client presentations, code compliance from conceptual through construction documents• Project management - Coordinating with MEP, structural engineers, other consultant, interior designer, GC’s, and sub-contractors.Maintaining liaison with individuals and consultants within or outside the firm for coordination of technical matters, QC of drawings, preparation and release of engineering change notices, reviewing bids and negotiating contracts. Construction phase - Monitoring the construction process, purchasing and scheduling of various contracts and materials, management of trade and subordinate personnel, document control, coordination of contractors. Coordination with AHJ inspectors from various utility and government agencies to obtain clearances. Preparing as build drawings. • Digital architecture - Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD®, Adobe Photo Shop®, Adobe Illustrator®, InDesign®, Sketch Up®, Hot Form Z®, Revit®, Ecotect®, and 3D Studio Max,• Sustainable Design - Familiarity with advanced levels of energy efficiency, resource conservation strategies and sustainable development policies, LEED rating system, wind and solar analysis,
