Shiraz Imam is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of both Managix Technology and EMEDIX. At Managix, he leads the company’s vision, marketing, and product strategy—delivering tailored digital solutions and consulting to organizations across sectors. With over six years of experience in IT and digital transformation, he specializes in driving growth through performance marketing, brand building, and customer-centric technology solutions. Shiraz is an engineering graduate from DIT, Dehradun.In 2015, with a vision to bring meaningful change in the healthcare sector, Shiraz founded EMEDIX—a tech-enabled healthcare venture born out of Managix’s innovation lab. What began as an initiative to streamline doorstep delivery of medicines has today grown into a recognized name in smart pharmacy solutions.“When we started EMEDIX, our aim was simple yet ambitious—to ensure that no patient in any corner of our region should suffer due to unavailability or delayed delivery of medicines. Logistics was the biggest challenge, and solving it became our core focus.”To solve this, EMEDIX developed a proprietary system to manage procurement, inventory, and delivery—ensuring that essential medicines reach customers swiftly and reliably. Over time, the platform matured into a full-scale smart pharmacy model—where technology, empathy, and efficiency come together to create a better experience for patients.In recognition of its innovation and commitment, EMEDIX was featured by Silicon India as one of the Top 10 Online Pharmacies in India in their 2017 edition.
