At CBRE I work as part of the lease operations team which is dedicated to providing professional lease data management services to our clients. My duties include the following:• Abstracting Commercial leases using both manual methods and digital lease abstraction tools• Updating property management systems following major lease events (Rent Reviews, Assignments & Deed Of Variations) in accordance with the clients specifications• Processing of lease details onto client hosted systems in order to facilitate the downstream billing process.• Implementing and improving existing lease data management processes through the use of AI machine learning, RPA scoping opportunity and API processes• Liaising with surveyors, solicitors and internal accounting teams to resolve complex lease issues and to provide first line support for escalation management and service delivery checks• Providing training and support to internal team members• Experience with property management systems (TRAMPS & YARDI) and other work flow systems• Working with external lean management consultants carrying out a comprehensive review of existing processes and part of a working group to create operational efficiencies within the organisation
