PSJH is the third largest healthcare system in the US. I lead the Product Management, Design and End to End Experiences function for all employee and non-employee experiences with a specific focus on the employees who are onboarded annually, Engineering leader leading the multi-year digital transformation journey including development of the Vision, Strategy, Objectives, Key Results, Prioritization, Value Realization, EPICS and Scenarios. The capabilities we are transforming include Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Pre-boarding, Onboarding, Career Development, Learning, Performance Development, Succession Planning and Shared Services among others.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:Gained buy-in from senior leaders and executive staff on vision, strategy and funding to drive key results for onboarding of new and transferring caregivers as part of the overall Digital Transformation (simplify, modernize and innovate) and Caregiver Enablers Strategy.
