I am a dedicated educator with a strong focus on integrating technology in pedagogically sound ways to support diverse student populations. Currently, I serve as a full-time Technology Teacher with the NYC Department of Education, where I design and implement a curriculum that fosters digital citizenship and technological skills for K-5 students. My work is driven by a commitment to creating accessible and engaging learning environments for all students, including those with learning and thinking differences. I am a Certified Structured Literacy/Dyslexia Interventionist, providing targeted or intensive reading intervention services using Structured Literacy principles. This certification complements my work in developing and aligning content with the diverse needs of learners, and supports my efforts in advancing inclusive educational practices.In addition to my teaching role, I focus on developing and aligning content with the diverse needs of learners, collaborating with various educational technology initiatives. This includes developing educational materials and strategies that cater to various learning styles and requirements. As a Google Innovator for Education, I am also involved in advancing innovative approaches to educational technology and enhancing the impact of tech integration in classrooms.
