I am a platform automation and DevOps professional with 6+ years of experience designing, building, and operating scalable automation frameworks for large enterprise environments.Currently, I work with United Airlines (via IKC) as a Lead DevOps Engineer, where my primary focus is platform and workflow automation that enables reliable, repeatable, and governed delivery across complex systems. My work centers on building automation-first foundations rather than ad-hoc tooling, ensuring engineering teams can move faster with consistency and control.I design and integrate GitHub, Terraform, and Ansible with OpenText Orchestration, creating reusable content packs that standardize infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows. These automation assets reduce manual effort, minimize human error, and improve auditability across environments.I am also involved in building and enabling CI/CD pipelines and internal developer platforms using Harness IDP, helping teams adopt self-service capabilities with clear guardrails.
