Adam is a Business Development Manager for the City of Avondale, Arizona, boosting local economic development with a focus on green technology and sustainable industries. Adam works with local, small businesses and entrepreneurs to help ensure the success of their enterprise, partnering with stakeholders in higher education, finance, government, and more. Additionally, Adam is the Founder of a carbon sequestration social enterprise, Prickly Planet, that uses the power of nature-based solutions via native cacti for soil restoration and low-water, permanent carbon removal.Adam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University, and is passionate about the environment, animal welfare, and economic rights. His passion for impact helped quadruple the size of the Phoenix Hub, secure investments from The Climate Reality Project, and spark positive change across the American southwest.
