I\'m a passionate leader who believes strongly in empowering teams and growing towards personal goals. I have a particular passion regarding women in leadership and business being done with strong moral values. My career aspiration is to become a good COO/CEO who leads a company and its people to their collective and individual success, whilst being known for being moral, having integrity, trustworthy, hardworking and focusing on the success of my people not just my business (although I believe they are intertwined)I am a highly experienced Delivery Manager and Programme Manager skilled in delivering complex projects and programmes, focusing on enhancing cost-effectiveness, end-user experience, and system performance. With a proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing project teams, I effectively bridge gaps between business and IT functions to drive the achievement of project initiatives. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my expertise in project management methodologies, including Waterfall, PRINCE2, and Agile. Utilizing these methodologies, I excel in defining business requirements, creating robust project plans, managing resources, successfully delivering initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships both in UK and Internationally. Additionally, I am known for my ability to implement change, drive continuous improvement, and build effective methodologies. I have a deep understanding of business change management, commercial business models, stakeholder engagement, networking and International deployment modelling, allowing me to lead successful transformations and adapt to evolving business needs.
