Led end-to-end product development for multiple Credit Trading initiatives by creating, owning, executing product vision, strategy, roadmap and training users across new systems and workflows. Key Project Achievements: • Bond Portfolio Pricing Tool: Led the team to build a new pricing tool for Portfolio Trading. This application facilitates construction of portfolio and enables desks and traders to publish their prices. Trader prices are spotted against benchmarks as well as against a set of external price sources and analytics are leveraged to form an overall picture. This tool also enables users to adjust prices of the overall portfolio and tracks outcome of portfolio trade. Enabled the Portfolio Trading desk to increase trading volumes by 50%. • ETF Primary Create/Redeem: Established ETF Data coverage from multiple ETF Providers in the market and led the team to create a service to automatically fill the baskets for ETF trading. Enabled the business to create/redeem 100 ETFs per day. • TOMS Decommission: Transformed the CLO and ETF business processes. Defined the operating model change to onboard Syndicate to a new booking workflow thereby removing the dependency on Bloomberg TOMS. Participated in various change management activities. Reduced the time to book a single trade to 1 minute from 60 minutes previously. • Brexit: Led project across Credit (Bonds and Derivatives) to successfully separate out the UK and European Economic Area (EEA) entity across pre-trading, risk management and post trade stack. Developed plans and implemented rules to separate out the EU and UK flows for all venues and workflows.
