Shinjini is currently leading the AI/ML (including Generative AI) Program for Banking and Capital Markets at EY India. In her role she•Collaborates with the EY partnership team and CRO/CCO/CTO and their teams to ideate AI-transformed journeys for key business processes in Financial Services like Credit Underwriting, Trade Finance, Compliance and Internal Audit •Is building a large future ready team with skills in Classical AI, ML and Gen AI so as to complement EY’s functional expertise and transform client journeys with a techno-functional strategy •Leads the development of AI led applications that can be leveraged by client on a day- to-day basis to improve their operational KPIs across the three lines of defense. She has led her team to implement multiple apps on MS Azure and AWS •Leads the augmentation of the applications implemented by incorporating continuous feedbacks from client – the improvement include upgrading the data sources the app integrates with, additional output generation, improving the features of the UI/UX etc. •Leads the Go-to-market for AI solutions across India and Global markets in Credit Underwriting, Compliance, Internal Audit, Trade Finance etc. •Is Responsible for building a culture of data and technology led problem solving on a day-to-day basis in client organizationsIn her previous role in Accenture she was leading the Analytics and AI program for Digital Risk and Compliance Offering. She led the development of applications in the area of Financial Crime (KYC, Anti-money laundering, Fraud ), Collections, Banking Operations etc. She has led go-to-market for Global and India markets with a high rate of conversion and has implemented app-based solutions with high impact.Key skills : Large Team Management, CXO level stakeholder management, AI / Gen AI product management in Financial Services, Go-to-market strategy for AI/Gen AI solutions
