Serve as Product Owner for the customer data domain of a master data solution, gathering and overseeing requirements for build, maintenance and continued enhancement of the master data product; while managing a team of 5 consultants - Design and implement enterprise business glossary, data quality and technical metadata of customer data throughout the enterprise, utilizing Informatica Axon and EDC, to establish data cataloging and governance on an enterprise level - Facilitate the conversion of customer data for the build of a new ERP system to improve revenue forecasting capabilities in order to ultimately increase profitability - Lead data cleansing efforts of customer data and implemented address validation to be used for ERP and CDP - Create, test and maintain coupon and product creation for promotional campaigns that contribute to a healthy LTV:CAC ratio - Establish, maintain and report KPI’s, via Tableau, to report the successes of data governance initiatives to leadership - Build data pipelines to provide master and transactional customer data to CDP tool to improve customer acquisition - Build and maintain YAML script to update enterprise business glossary terms that is seen by 100% of the company and attached to key daily and weekly Tableau reports
