Hi, I\'m Shing, a Toronto-based product designer with 7 years of experience. I\'m currently a staff product designer at VTS, improving the tenant experience for commercial real estate organizations. Previously I\'ve bounced around at different design agencies, helping non-profits to enterprise companies transform and deliver products end-to-end using Sprint-0 / human-centred design methodology.
