I am a Senior HR Professional and Life Coach with expertise in a variety of sectors; working hard to make organisational ambitions a practical reality. I have strong diversity and inclusion competencies and extensive experience of working on HR projects across the whole employee lifecycle including recruitment, reward, employee relations, performance management as well as designing contracts, policies, procedures and toolkits. My recent coaching qualification makes me especially suited to supporting SMEs and start-ups, as well as individuals looking to achieve their goals and ambitions.I greatly enjoy the collaborative process: getting everyone to work together towards the desired objective: it gives me great satisfaction to see everything coming together at the end of the day.
