Under general supervision, assists in the technical use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and integrated instructional technologies through training and support to include the development and maintenance of knowledge articles and process documents.Ability to carefully follow directions and translate them into desired results. Ability to quickly learn existing and emerging computer technologies. Ability to manage multiple computer monitors at the same time. Strong ability to assist customers in problem-solving in a virtual environment (Help Desk – Customer Service). Ability to use web conferencing tools such as Zoom. Ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems concurrently. Some knowledge of EdTech tools and usage in education. Strong technical skills- including the ability to navigate multiple monitors, software platforms, and websites to assist in problem-solving in a virtual environment. Quick learner. Must be extremely reliable, with good interpersonal skills, punctual, and very detailed oriented. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
