For the past 7 years, I have built my career specifically at this intersection.As a Staff Battery Software Systems Engineer, my role is to bridge the gap between high-voltage hardware and embedded software. I don\'t just write requirements; I lead the entire BMS lifecycle from initial concept modeling to physical vehicle integration. I engineer fail-operational systems that keep mass-produced EVs safe and high-performing.My engineering process doesn\'t end at the assembly line. By utilizing cloud-scale fleet analytics, I analyze post-delivery telemetry to develop predictive OTA mitigations, continuously enhancing the software to ensure long-term fleet health.Vision: To develop next-generation electrified powertrains that push the physical limits of sustainable transportation, maximizing both performance and lifelong reliability on a global scale.

Currently, I lead BMS systems engineering and software integration efforts across Lucid’s flagship platforms: the Lucid Air, Gravity, and the upcoming Midsize SUV (Cosmos). My focus is on bridging high-voltage hardware with robust battery software logic—architecting next-generation battery features, ensuring seamless cross-domain integration, and translating global fleet data into highly reliable software.Key Contributions:Battery Management System Architecture & Integration-Design advanced BMS requirements for various functions, including SoX architecture, state machine, and diagnostics. I oversee the end-to-end integration of these functions, acting as the technical gatekeeper bridging system architecture, firmware implementation, and V&V test engineering, ensuring seamless operation of features across multiple vehicle architectures.Fleet Intelligence & Data-Driven Improvements- Efficiently analyze high-frequency telemetry from thousands of vehicles worldwide. By turning real-world insights into reliable diagnostics, I identify areas for improvement and make predictive software enhancements.Production Support & Launch Readiness- Resolve critical production blockers to ensure smooth manufacturing timelines for the Air & Gravity, while also leading system design for the Midsize SUV.
