Develop and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with HRACC’s mission and goals. Encourage human resource professionals to review and revise organizational policies to eliminate biases and promote equity and inclusion. Design and deliver training, workshops and networking events to educate organizations and HR professionals on DEI topics, including unconscious, bias, cultural competency and inclusive practices. Collaborate with Connecticut Department of Labor and other agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations related to equal employment and affirmative action. Build partnerships with external consultants, organizations, nonprofit and communities to support HRACC’s DEI objectives.
