Team Management: I headed the Projects and Skill Development team, overseeing a dedicated group of 50 professionals, including project coordinators, content developers, designers, programmers, etc. to ensure progress monitoring and fund reimbursements. Technical and Financial Strategies: I drive financial strategies to see our projects meet the stringent requirements and secure the necessary funding.3.
