With ~20+ years of experience spanning enterprise, cloud, and security domains, I currently lead the hybrid and Migration charter in Azure Data, steering innovation and growth in a fast-paced environment. My leadership philosophy centers on integrity, empowerment, and results, and I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence. I have successfully developed, grown, and led diverse teams, consistently delivering solutions that meet evolving business needs.Beyond my core responsibilities, I am deeply invested in advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and strengthening the tech community. I organize SQL User Group meetups, drive technical knowledge-sharing sessions, and actively contribute to the Women ERG within my business unit. My community engagements include serving on the Advisory Board for the MCA department at CMRIT, participating in the India-Brazil Bilateral Women’s Business Council, and leading the Empowered Voices Circle at Lean In Women in Tech India Network. I am also a mentor for global networks such as AnitaB, Women Tech Network, and SWE Mentor Network, supporting women and girls in STEM through coaching, workshops, and peer mentoring circles.As a speaker, I have delivered talks at local and international platforms—including GHCI, Women in Tech Global Conference, SWE, and HerKey—on topics ranging from executive leadership to technology-driven change. My contributions have been recognized with honors such as Gold Winner Global Mentor of the Year (Women Tech Network), Mentor of the Year (EmpowHerAccess), and HerRising’s Top 10 Women in Tech/Product.
