My KRA\'s in current role includes strengthening supplier relationship, strategy building for growth of business in my region, identifying new product and supplier association opportunities, inventory management, new business development, competition landscaping etc. Holding 19+ years of experience, including 3 years into customer service in International Business and 16+ years into sales and principal & key account management, i have delivered on my KPI\'s, lining up my personal development goals to that of my organization. Aligning the aspirations of my suppliers with our customers and delivering the solutions for a mutual growth remains my focus. This calls for swift and clear communications, understanding of people you are working with and being agile in strategy planning. I am a big believer of theory -\"learning is a continuous process, and so is evolving\", i am intrigued by new learning and experiences. I love reading about evolution of things around me, fiction books interest me for a light reading mood. In my spare time i love to cook and bake for my family, read books to my little one and play Lego with him.I like writing Poems and engage in to art and craft often. My friends & family know me for my positivity and sense of humor.
