I’m a transformation leader with over 20 years of experience helping organisations evolve with purpose, pace, and impact. I believe transformation isn’t just about technology or process—it’s about people, belief, and the courage to do things differently.My career spans global brands and complex industries, including RS Group, easyJet, Gap Inc, and Next Retail. Across each, I’ve led large-scale transformation that turns strategic intent into measurable, people-led outcomes.At RS Integrated Supply (part of RS Group plc- a FTSE listed distributor of industrial products and solutions), I shape and steer enterprise-wide programmes that strengthen our foundations and position us to scale sustainably. My focus spans ERP modernisation, automation, marketplace enhancement, process unification — delivering the systems, processes, and change discipline that enable growth and scalability.Two programmes define my recent work: leading a global ERP rollout to create a single digital backbone with real-time analytics and client-facing marketplace capabilities, and shaping an automation strategy that reduces manual effort, streamlines our supplier base, and transitions us to value-based buying through data driven incremental steps.Earlier in my career, I helped drive change and transformation in fast-moving sectors— retail ecommerce at Next Plc. and Gap Inc. and enabling large-scale change within the aviation environment at easyJet. These experiences taught me how to balance agility with structure, and how to engage people through clarity and purpose.I specialise in leading change through empathy and inclusion—helping teams stay grounded through uncertainty and energised around shared goals. My leadership philosophy is clarity with compassion: clarity gives direction; compassion builds trust. I balance pace with patience, data with intuition, and vision with action.I started my career as engineer, those early years instilled in me a deep respect for structure logic and systems thinking and that mindset has stayed with me ever since. But I quickly learned that the most well designed product and solutions can fail if the people using them aren\'t part of the journey. That realisation drew me toward change management and strategy execution - space where real transformation happens.I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned—particularly on people-led change, transformation governance, and inclusive leadership—and I regularly speak on these topics.
