I specialize in forensic investigations and corporate compliance, with over 10+ years of experience in Big 4 consulting firms as well as industry both as an individual contributor and as a team lead. I have been managing complex employee misconduct cases and regulatory issues across multiple geographies, including India, the Philippines, and the US.In my current role, I am primarily responsible for managing end to end cases covering Conflict of Interest, Production/Quality data manupulation, gifts and kickbacks, discrimination, fraud detection and data privacy breaches. I am responsible for preparing the quarterly investigation scorecard for providing key compliance insights for the global leadership team. I am also performing data analytics on various ERP data sets for proactively identifying risks by uncovering links, patterns and anomalies.Beyond investigations, I collaborate closely with the Legal and Employee Relations teams to finalize disciplinary actions, as well as provide training to the organization and new hires on compliance best practices. I also assist stakeholders in drafting/updating SOP\'s while recommending process improvements to mitigate risks. Additionally as part of my job responsibilities, I oversee end-to-end vendor onboarding and management, including vendor shortlisting, commercial negotiations, invoicing, and payments, to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
