I am the Director of Practice and Business Operations at the University of Arizona Cancer Center- Dignity Health. I am driven by creating the best environment possible for my providers, staff and the patients they serve, regardless of specialty. Currently, I am actively working to develop multiple partnerships within and outside of the Phoenix service area for growth and development of multiple disease sites.Before life at UACC, I served the American Oncology Institute as the Operations Manager. It was there that I setup all the administrative departments from the ground up by developing and defining policies, recruitment, training, processes and protocols. I thrive in challenging and innovative organizations, and am passionate at deploying business strategies and nurturing my employee’s professional development goals.
