Manage & Monitor MIS at Pan India level Timely submission of monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and yearly IRDAI claim MIS reports Timely uploading of motor claims reports on IIB portal and ensure errors are rectified on time, quality check done to ensure accurate data is updated Preparing ad hoc MIS request from IRDAI/Internal customers/External customers Preparing data / reports for board / management / finance/ compliance etc. on periodic basis Industry Trend Analysis and assessing company’s growth with respect to competitor’s position Responsible for Process Improvement of Claims Department To develop comprehensive and analytical database with respect to motor claims for monitoring fraudulent, duplicate claims and mechanism to control same Ensure compliance with the needs of regulatory office Claims Analytics with keeping as eye on key ratios which indicates company’s performance Monitoring portfolio growth and providing intelligence to various strategic teams Assistance in internal/external audits, Automation Process Doing analysis and validation check on reports like SCRMC, PPGRC, Loss Ratios & Claims data Liaising with IT team, Operations team, Underwriting and product teams across verticals Uploading quarterly, half yearly, yearly NL and BAP forms on IRDA portal Attending review meetings of IRDAI and IIB providing analytical inputs to the Insurance business
