I lead Studio Foundations Engineering, a team of senior software engineers & architects to build innovative solutions for Netflix Studio. We partner closely with our creative stakeholders and product managers to build foundational services. The solutions we build enable Netflix Studio to discover and manage Vendors and Talent that work on Netflix productions. My team is also responsible for creating solutions to onboard vendors and freelancers, track their services and availability, evaluate and capture key metrics, facilitate workflows that drive Netflix\'s future content development strategy- Responsible for the Netflix Studio Foundations engineering, to build sources of truth platforms and services that power many content production and acquisition workflows. Over 60 Studio applications consume the services the team owns- Studio Foundations has 3 sub-teams that create platforms and services to power many Vendor, Talent, and User related workflows across content acquisition and content production- Built tools to help studios recruit, onboard, and manage talent, and vendors. Met the goal to increase cost and time efficiencies involved in Production resourcing. Improved the value Netflix Studio gets from the $19B in annual spending. Technology stack: Java, gRPC, GraphQL, Node.js, React, Kafka, Elastic Search, Postgres, AWS
