Mentor with Start Up India,Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar University and Karnavat University.She is a Start-up specialist and an Education reformist, Head of Entrepreneurship Development Start Up Innovation Dept (EDSI), Entrepreneurship Outreach Programs at Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research and Dr D Y Patil Institute of Management Studies. With a PhD in Business Management and Bachelors in Science, she has worked under Aegis of Ministry of Education,Government of India. Advisory Cell member with Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Coordinator for the implementation of National Innovation and Start Up Policy (NISP) and Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA).With over 19 Years of Academic and Corporate Experience with the top-notch companies like Max new york life, HDFC standard life ins co ltd, ICICI prudential life ins co ltd and American express bank and a decade in the Startup ecosystem of as a Mentor, Facilitator, Motivator and Guide for students in higher education. Her Passion in the field of education and training has made her assume various roles at all levels in the education landscape. She has been instrumental in creating frameworks for the faculty members through policy guidelines on topics related to the learning new knowledge, current trends in teaching pedagogy and development of teaching materials and extension activities.Having trained more than 100 teachers and faculty on Innovative Teaching and Assessment Methods.She has been invited as a Chief Guest at National and International conferences with Colleges of repute. Having conducted more than 50 Management Development Programmes and Faculty Development Programme in themes centered on Start Up, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Teaching Pedagogy and Interdisciplinary learning,sustainability and environmental science.She is on the editorial board of the following journals: International Journal of Advance Study and Research Work (ISSN:25••••97) Global Research and Development Journal For Engineering (ISSN: 24••••03).She has conducted entrepreneurship development programs. Having authored 3 books in “Services Marketing”, Entrepreneurship Development, Micro insurance, Case studies in Management and 5 Monographs on Effective Teaching, Financial Services, Academic Excellence, Interview Skills, Insurance” Text and Cases.
