ABOUT SHILPA DANVE

Highly qualified Computer Engineer with extensive experience over 13 years. Characterized by solution-oriented approaches, high quorum and execution capabilities and am committed to creating a motivating work environment for the project, focusing on teamwork, team spirit and deliveries in effective and structured way. Several projects have my contribution and expertise in technical domain has been drawn up by the customer as essential for project results. Responsibilities varying from managing and leading development team, planning versions and releases, follow-ups of drift routines and production follow-ups, meetings with customers for planning conversion of banks to different solutions, coordinating between offshore development teams, risk assessment, roadmap of applications. Extensive experience with projects at the interface between business and clients makes me a very effective link between the different levels of customer and supplier in projects working more as product owner. Acting as an important link between development, architecture and operation / production in a large and exciting development environment motivated to accept challenges and facilitate development team. Knowledge of best practices, usage of scrum, Kanban, Devops methodology and good business understanding has been very central leading to the performance of my dev team.
