I’m currently building a new venture focused on solving meaningful, real-world problems through thoughtful design, technology, and a deep understanding of people. As a co-founder, I lead our product vision—shaped by lived experience, empathy, and deep user insight. We\'re exploring challenges that are deeply human, often underserved, and ripe for thoughtful innovation. We’re still in the early stages, and I’m energized by the possibilities ahead.Alongside this, I continue my work as an Executive Coach, supporting senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and high performers as they navigate growth, transitions, and transformation. My coaching focuses on leadership presence, behavioural change, strategic clarity, and unlocking untapped potential.Previously, I spent 18+ years in senior HR leadership roles in global, multicultural environments- India People Strategy Lead, Sapient people)- Director HR, Yum! Brands India people)I’m a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Results Coaching, and GROW methodologies, and a certified practitioner of MBTI and Hogan assessments.Across both ventures and coaching, I’m guided by a core belief: Meaningful change happens when we bring clarity, compassion, and purpose to what we create—and who we become.
