As Global Head for Digital Communications, part of the Corporate Communications team have been at the forefront at ensuring that right message about the company is disseminated through the right internal channels of communication. This involved managing of internal channels mainly the Intranet portal for dissemination of information for employees, a global television network, etc. As the Lead of the Intranet Portal and Intranet social interaction platform have been able to ensure that the senior management message, company related updates, updates of events across geographies are published in a very reader-friendly manner for every employee to read and interact about. As the Lead of the global television channel have been able to highlight the various activities like the recent news, CSR initiatives, fitness activities, etc. on the screens for employees across the globe to view and be aware of the various initiatives being undertaken across the company. Have trained and nurtured a resource to handle the content for the channel. As part of the team have also contributed to the in-house magazine by writing articles on the various events, dignitaries, etc. to highlight various aspects or business perspectives of the company better for the employee to benefit. As part of the corporate team have been able to capably highlight and disseminate information/company updates in accordance to the company’s strategic requirements. An engaging and learning engagement where have handled various channels of Internal Communication to raise awareness about various activities held in the company or various aspects of the company\'s functioning, efforts made towards societal betterment, etc.
