Lead a team as a Product manager for developing a new age Loan origination system, built with a vision to replace the legacy system that will empower the clients to reap the benefits of a fast & efficient loan originations system. • Support the product lead in building product vision and long-term product strategy required to grow and maintain leadership position in the consumer credit solutions – BNPL, installment loans, credit risk management and payment operations. • Lead end-end Integration effort with FinTech partners like Plaid and Experian to integrate their services into our solution, this partnership enabled us to offer services like income verification and address validation/verification capabilities to our clients. • Execute on platform roadmap and act as a product owner in Agile environment to drive delivery and value of the lending in the CGI Credit Studio Platform. • Collaborated with diverse stakeholders such as Business users, UI/UX teams, Engineering and QA teams to build a viable product. • Responsible for driving the PI planning meetings, backlog prioritization, feature refinement by writing acceptance criteria and developed valuable use cases for feature demonstration.
