Hi! I\'m Shiloh. I\'m a people-over-profits, serial entrepreneur, technical consultant, full-stack developer, and senior technical leader with an established track record of building well-written, secure, and thoughtful digital solutions for foundations, nonprofits, and small-to-medium businesses. My work spans website creation, maintenance, and evaluation, as well as technical consulting and custom web applications, all delivered with an emphasis on reliability, accessibility, and lasting value. In addition to hands-on development, I’ve led technology teams in nonprofit settings—serving as VP of Technology at Active Minds and as Director of Database Administration at the Vermont Network—where I stewarded strategic planning, data integrity, and scalable systems. I’m passionate about translating complex challenges into practical, ethical tech that empowers organizations to serve their communities more effectively, without sacrificing their humanity nor their budget in the process.    Nonbinary Software LLC is the successor to Ellytronic Media LLC, which ran from 2013 -> 2024. In my role as Founder, Lead Developer, and Technical Consultant I wear many hats.From a business leader perspective, I oversee and shape the overall direction of the organization, working closely with my Director of Ops and Director of Marketing for shared decision making. Under the developer role, I create technically sound plans as the technical architect for my clients, and help implement as the senior full-stack developer. I do this work through active-listening and leading guided conversations in a way that removes techno-jargon from the mix and focuses on their needs, goals, and solutions for them. As a technical strategist/consultant, I provide similar guidance to my clients on a variety of technical items beyond just web software. I\'ve helped create business plans, technical roadmaps, business requirement documents, requests for proposals, and more. I serve as a general technical consultant who helps break down the technical, operations, and marketing side of their needs and turn them into achievable milestones through a thought-partnership approach to consulting/coaching.
