The Leader Team is a 501c3 not-for-profit with a mission to build communities in Nigeria by empowering leaders and creating jobs. Our vision is that all people would live well and lead well. We do this through a mentoring program that helps people learn how to provide a sustainable long-term income for their family and create those opportunities for others in the community. We also provide leadership training, train-the-trainer for social impact organizations, and support job creation through local small businesses. So far we have equipped/launched 61 businesses from our Mentorship Program and provided living wage 51 jobs. In 2025 we launched a sustainable farming program and also a three year Business Accelerator for our graduates to continue their mentorship and business coaching long-term.
